Online Design Strategies encompass accessibility to information, writing for the web and navigation of the site and how to properly use copyrighted content, photos and images. In a tradition teaching setting, the instructor can monitor learning by observing students. With online learning, the teacher acts more as a facilitor and must pay attention to how the content is delivered.

In our course some of the strategies incorporated included:

-
use of consistent Prezi templates
-
having writing scripts to accompany videos
-
use of the same font style and bold face to organize folders and sections
-
use of interactive media.
-
use of material templates
These techniques were used to create familiarity in the coursework and aide the student in navigating through the materials.
